I started this blog because I could not find any good advice on which wrinkle cream to buy.  I had visited many skin care forums and other websites where discussion was allowed, but they always seemed to stray off topic and talk about other things, not to mention there were many people there just tooting their own horn and trying to sell their own products.  I got so sick of reading fake wrinkle cream reviews that I set out on my own to experience the magic – or downfalls – of many of the “best” anti wrinkle creams I could find.  I’ve tried many, and decided it was time to go out and use my website skills learned in college to create a place full of honest reviews of wrinkle creams.

I did this to help out consumers, as well as to document my own experiences.  I always have been a diligent note-taker, and I feel that this has helped me pinpoint things that work, and fail, in life.

Well, first off, the websites of the manufacturers can be very misleading.  Some cite clinical testing of ingredients, which lead you to believe you can expect those same results.  This is far from the truth!  You need to look for clinical tests done on the ACTUAL product – not just the ingredients found inside the product.  It’s like making a pizza.  Sure, pepperoni may taste great by itself, but when you mix it with broccoli and pineapple, how does it taste?  Skin care ingredients don’t always bond well together, so I’m here to point out which products actually went through the rigorous clinical testing as well as point out which ones just tout ingredients that tested well independently.  Hopefully that example wasn’t too hard to follow, as consumers are often mislead if they read the sales copy on a manufacturers website.

My wrinkle cream reviews also talk about which ingredients are in the product as well as cite the INCI (legal name) of each ingredient. That is what you’ll find on the label, not always the trademarked ingredient compounds that are hyped so much.  Confusing, isn’t it?
